Not a good place..You can only blame management. I went to the Lindenhurst location several years ago and was not happy when I left. I was dissapointed in the horrible upkeep of the place as well at the attitude of the staff. Ive read in other reviews that the shampoo girl was the only friendly person working there. I agree completely. She was running all over the place doing tasks for the stylists and manager while tending to the customers at the same time. I swore I would never go back until a friend insisted that I go check out the new location and give it another shot. Still not happy. I think i can figure out who the manager/owner... She needs to get off her high horse. She would only speak to people she knew and didnt even acknowledge that I was there. I felt like i needed to be inducted into some sort of club in order to be given the service i deserved... The color and cut were pretty standard. I asked for a certian style and walked out with something totally different. I made whatever was done to my hair work, im not one to fuss about hair. I would just suggest finding another salon if you are looking for a friendly, professional environment!

Two words: the worst. Non-professional and rude. Two more words: Stay Away.

I love this place because they LISTEN to how you want your hair, they explain what's going to be done and what to expect and there isn't any push to buy product.
