As a dentist serving Utah and the surrounding states, Dr. James Guinn specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of TMJ problems and other jaw related disorders.

For over 30 years, patients from all over the Intermountain Region have come to Dr. Guinn for expert care and treatment. As a TMJ specialist, Dr. Guinn devotes his entire practice to addressing and relieving:

Dr. Guinn uses state-of-the-art methods to ensure accurate diagnosis, including 3D Cat Scan imaging. He is very conservative, and will not recommend more treatment than is essential to provide lasting relief from your symptoms.

Over 600 physicians and dentists from 4 states regularly refer patients to Dr. Guinn. He has lectured throughout the U.S. and Canada on these problems. He is board certified by the American Board of Orofacial Pain. He is on an international scientific investigation committee regarding these problems. He is a member of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain, the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain, the American Dental Association, and the American Headache Society.

Dr. Guinn works with a team of highly trained clinicians, including physical therapists, neurologists, ENT physicians, oral surgeons, orthodontists, and other specialists, to insure an optimum outcome.

We Specialize in the treatment of Tmj or the Temporo-Mandibular Joint. Our patients come from all over the Intermountain region to receive our treatment.
