Service at the sell was fine. The truck had several small dents and a large scratch on he rear quarter-panel, that weren't pictured online, but the truck appeared to be in good shape, so I bought it. After the sell, Lee agreed to mail me the remaining funds from financing with the title and spare keys in the mail. The title came as promised but no check. I called Lee who said I can come pick it up between 3-5 pm on Monday. I am in the Army and don't get off until 5 so I asked if someone could wait for me to get up there and he said no. I told them that this was their mistake and asked him to make it right and he refused. He said he could mail it, but I needed it by Tuesday and it won't be here by then. I asked for motor world's owner's information and he told me I didn't need it and that he would not give it to me. I told him that was wrong and I would get it eventually anyway. He still refused and so I hung the phone up. The owner still hasn't contacted me. No way I'd recommend this dealer to anyone.

Looked at a very nice 98 Nissan pickup with only 75,000 at 5000 (amazing price) . I came here both due to bad credit and what seemed like a great value for a truck. Turns out I was able to finance the vehicle which prompted a 1000 raise on the price. Received buy here pay here like terms from their banker however other dealers stated no record of my credit getting pulled by the dealer? Drove the truck and it led me to wanting to get a 3rd party mechanics opinion. Sales rep seemed willing to let me take it somewhere, but he seemed way too desperate to trust him. Im still wondering if that tranny was sound but I'd only buy it with cash.

Don't not go here for anything they will lie to your face just so they can get your money. they sold me a car that does not really pass state inspection and will not do anything about it I found out there is multiple things and parts on my car that need to be replaced before it should have be put up for sell. you can not pass a car for inspection with two bent axes, two bad struts and 4 bad breaks and rotors they do not have the top mechanics like they say or they would know this stuff. this is why the sell them with no warranty and as is so they won't get in trouble but there laws against this kind of stuff they would not even give me the information to contact the owner the manager told me I had to talk to him because the owner does not talk or take calls from customers. yea some great business you have.

Unless you will not need you car for a week or two. We took our car in to get an oil leak fixed. They told us it was one seal. We took our car on a tue, and by fri they still didn't have it in the shop. It is now the next mon and we may not get the car back today, still. We have been juggling 3 people with one car. It's near impossible.





The most annoying thing about these people isn't even the lengthy service. They have not called us once. We have had to call them every single day to get the check up on our car. The first day it was in they told us they would get in it and call us in a couple hours. We called them right before closing that night because they didn't call us. They said the would call the next day, no call. After that they at least didn't say they would call, but if you are going to have our car for a solid week, you should at least call us and warn us. And don't pussyfoot around it and continue to say it should be done the next day, and then the next day. Tell us you're slow and it will be a week.





If our warranty weren't valid at this shop we would have taken it back after the first day.
