JADE Properties is a full-service commercial real estate management company which was incorporated in January of 1988.
We have been successful due to our attention to detail, direct communications with tenants and landlords and our willingness to customize our management services to match our client’s needs. Some clients desire full service with all aspects of their investment property managed while other clients desire partial service. We are happy to provide the level of service you may require.
We are currently involved with the management of commercial properties totaling nearly three hundred thousand square feet in the Sacramento area. We provide clients with easy to understand monthly rent-roll and budget reports.
We have significant experience managing multi-tenant and single tenant buildings including, but not limited to, industrial buildings, office buildings, retail buildings, shopping centers, strip centers, medical-dental buildings, business parks, manufacturing and laboratory facilities.

I went on line looking for properties and came accross Jade Properties, after calling Christy and going over the needs of our company she showed me a couple of spaces.
