I bought a dress for my wedding at Jaclyn’s Bridals. It really is incredible. My dress is exactly like the picture that I had when I started looking for my dream dress. The amount of detail is phenomenal - the beading and work in the dress I can't believe was completed for the low cost. I can't rave enough about Jaclyn’s Bridal - anyone who buys a designer dress is insane. I simply cannot get over how perfect the dress is. I highly recommend!!

I found my dress at Jaclyn's Bridal. They have a great selections of gowns and were really helpful while I was trying to decide.

The staff at Jaclyn’s Bridal is so friendly to work with! They did an amazing job altering my dress and making it fit me perfectly. Everything (my dress and bridesmaid dresses) arrived on time and were ready WAY before the wedding! They have a great selection as well!

I recommend Jaclyn’s Bridal, the people in the store is the best, and they have the most beautiful dresses. I was very happy to work with them. The service is great, they make sure that every bride gets exactly what they want for their special day.

More than once, Connie, proved to be the best salesperson for my wedding dress as far as I'm concerned, she gave me invaluable tips and gentle encouragement to keep me motivated and within my budget. I even stayed a little over my appointment time and I never once felt rushed out - more common than I anticipated in other shops.

I visited Jaclyn's this past weekend. What a great experience! Cary and Audrey are incredibly helpful - especially with ideas to "spice up" your dress. Prices are quite reasonable, dresses are clean (unlike other places), and the staff is friendly. I didn't end up getting my dress here, but I would definitely recommend Jaclyn's to anyone.

I received so many compliments on my dress and entire outfit. I had a vintage-inspired dress and accessories, and all of Mindy's recommendations were amazing.

I went into this quaint shop by myself (I was visiting from out of town) and found them very personable. They listened to what I wanted and away we went.
I really liked several things:
*They didn't try to sell me something that looked ho-hum on me and really honored my budget. The dress I got was exceptional on me and was less than my budget was. You could tell they felt that was the dress for me as well and were more interested in getting me the perfect one for me.
*Because I was from out of state, they did the sizing and pinning right then.
*They were flexible with the fitting and in the end someone had to fly it up to me because I had badly injured my ankle and could not fly. (Yes, I was in a brace for part of my wedding day.)

I was very pleased with the service I received at Jaclyn's Bridal. I understand that buying a dress is a big event, and a lot of money is usually at stake. I felt that the staff at Jaclyn's were responsive but not fawning, courteous but not snobby, and listened to my indecision without judging. Not everyone's style is the same, and others might want a more hands-on sales staff - but I preferred to be left to my own devises until I ask for help. Once I selected the dress, the alterations were done on time and the bustle even stayed attached!

The staff at Jaclyn’s Bridal were great to work with. They helped me find my dream dress. They got the dress in with plenty of time for my wedding. The alterations were quick and painless. They were willing to accommodate my schedule. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience regarding my dress.

I was looking for a wedding dress. I found the perfect dress but was price shopping. Called Jaclyn’s Bridal and the price Mindy gave me was substantially lower than others. Long story short, I ordered my gown and my bridesmaids’ dresses and everything came in as expected. You can’t go wrong with Jaclyn’s Bridal!

This was my first wedding dress shopping experience. The staff was amazing at Jaclyn’s Bridal. I had the pleasure of working with Mindy who was super helpful. They had plenty of beautiful gowns and I found a few that I really liked. Would definitely recommend this to any bride looking for a great experience. Mindy with Jaclyn’s Bridal was such a helpful and kind person to work with while choosing my dress. She was there every time I came back to get fitted and was so sweet. The store is beautiful and intimate, the seamstresses made my dress fit like a glove, and it was easy to get appointments that fit my schedule. I recommend shopping here.

Jaclyn’s Bridal was the first stop out of four on my hunt for "the dress". I have to say it was absolutely the best in terms of service, selection (for my taste anyway - I found 3 amazing gowns in one hour!), and warm consideration. I was afraid that my budget was going to get me sneered out of some places (and it definitely did in some other shops that I won't name), but I always felt like I was treated with respect and my best interests was always paramount. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. What a great experience!

Jaclyn’s Bridal has been one of the best parts of wedding planning for me. Every girl dreams of finding their dream dress among helpful, caring, excited professionals and that's exactly how my experience was. My mom, sister and I were treated incredibly. We had an amazing time trying on dresses with Mindy who was very energetic! The store has the perfect environment and you'll feel very comfortable there. I have been to a few other stores in the gables and this one is my favorite. Thanks to all who work there - Mindy, and the rest!

I had already purchased my wedding dress when I went to Jaclyn's bridal so came here to look at the bridesmaid dresses. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. The customer service is beyond excellent. I had to have one dress sent to Ohio and they sent it for me at a great price and even called me to leave a message regarding the tracking number. They had a great selection of colors and styles. So happy with my purchase. My bridesmaids looked absolutely gorgeous.

Jaclyn’s Bridal is a great dress shop. Mindy, the owner, worked with me and got me my dream dress. She has a great eye and they also do alterations there as well. Definite must check out. Shop is across from South Coast Plaza mall.
