Do not use Jackson for anything! They can't diagnose the problem, they charge an arm and a leg for parts, they break parts then charge you for the new part, only to then tell you to buy new ovens. It took 5 house calls, two months waiting for parts, $364, then nothing was fixed! The woman in the office is very rude, the techs are incompetent, and they tell you one thing, then do another, and deny what was said.

I was refered to Jackson for a warranty repair. The technician said it would take three days to get the part and he would need extra help to move the appliance. Three days later, I called about the repair and was told it would take 7 days to get the part. So, no working refrigerator and since it was December, I was storing food in my car. Checked again on the part and was told it was still backed ordered and would be even longer. Customer service with Jackson is horrible since I was the one doing the checking, and I received no calls from them on the status of my repair. After three weeks, I was told the part was in, and since my appliance sat on a platform, they were sending two techs to move it. The next day a technician shows up but said the other guy is behind and he's going to lunch to wait on him. He then calls me about an hour later to say the repar may not happen today because the other guy is still behind. I have been without a refrigerator for 3 weeks, and now I need to continue waiting? I spoke to Jackson and now they inform me I would need to "hire somebody" to move the refrigerator to do the repair. Really? Are you kidding me? Why was I never told that? After putting me on hold, she comes back with, we will send two techs, but it's going to cost you $60.00. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a repair company. Jackson clearly was holding me hostage to pay under duress for the repair aware that I had NO options and had been without a refrigerator for weeks. Never again will I deal with Jackson Home Appliance Heating and Cooling.

I called to have our non-running refrigerator looked at. The office lady couldn't answer questions, she just said she'd take my info and someone would call me tomorrow. The call comes early the next morning, just saying "This is Jim from Jackson, I'll be there in an hour." Jim arrives, gives me no heads up on any pricing. I was stupid, and should have asked what it would cost just to have him walk through the door. But like an idiot, I just show him to the fridge, figuring he'll have a look and tell me what we're into. 15 minutes later Jim tells me it's not worth fixing (fine), and that'll be $69.02 Are you kidding me? $70 for 15 minutes of looking?! Never calling these guys again!!
