Worst management company ever. They just ignore tenants, don't fix anything you ask for. Lie on a regular basis. Mice, Roaches, and Black Mold you name it the worst of the worst. I can't stress enough do not ever rent from these slumlords.

Management often ignores tenants. Tenants must call multiple times in order to get service. Roaches crawl freely in the hallways and basement and often find ways into apartments. Avoid.

This place is infested with roaches. Management takes forever to respond and often ignores you. There was a roof leak in the bathroom they did not address for over a year. The place is not professionally cleaned or cleaned at all between tenants.

J & J covers up serious issues in their rentals with window dressing, charges $250 for every visit to repair previously known issues and in my opinion is a slum lord. They ignored/covered up a roof leak they knew of prior to rental and when called about it failed to address it for well over a year. They failed to consider safety for their clients replacing items for substandard things. They do not maintain their properties with safety in mind. It places clients at risk of injury both physical and financial from their practice.
