Bought a Ruger 22. Kept jamming. Returned to J&G and Ruger verified it was faulty and replaced. Second gun did the same. I shot videos of it jamming at the range. I couldn't believe I got two lemons! Management didn't want to see my videos. After two returns they told me they felt they could not please me and therefore they would not sell me another replacement gun and asked me to leave. I was very polite the entire time. To add insult to injury they charged my debit card a second time rather than process the refund. What a nightmare getting my refund. They just drained my bank account. I also bought ammo for the guns that malfunctioned and they refused to refund me for the ammo. Cannot believe what jerks these guys are. Please avoid them.

Bought a replacement stock from this company. Paid extra to get the "pick of the litter". GM of company told me I would get exactly what I wanted. Stock arrived last Friday night and it was for a completely different rifle. I called the company on Saturday morning and spoke to the same GM who took the order. He said he couldn't help me, as customer service wasn't available on Saturdays. I gave him my number and told him to have customer service call me on Monday morning. No call, no customer service. I'm out $139, and these people have lost my trust and respect.

Great place to do business. Kind of busy at times, but very helpful and do not talk down to you like Buck's or High Country do.

I have dealt with them several times over many years, all with outstanding customer service and prices. Never had an issue...

J&G HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCE IN A GUN DISTRIBUTOR.THEIR STAFF, INCLUDING MANAGERS DO NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT KNOWLEDGE OF THE ATF REGULATIONS.I WILL POST THIS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ON NUMEROUS INTERNET CHAT BOARDS SO THAT OTHERS WILL NOT HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THEIR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.ALTHOUGH J&G LOVES PEOPLE'S PROFITS.

Placed an order online for 2 M1 carbine magazines. Waited 2 weeks to get an email saying out of stock. Im sure they sold them for more money during that period. They must have more customers than they know what to do with. Enough said....

After looking up new and used prices for the SP101 i had, in prep for trading it, i was Unpleasantly surprised to find that JG undercut even the USED sale price of my weapon by over $200 "because we have to make a profit". If you're selling a firearm at $375, the trade USED is worth $450, where are you not making a profit 2x over? if you sell at $375, you're profiting, right? and if it's a straight trade with something worth $75 MORE, and you won't go more than $175 for that, you're just being greedy for double-ended profit. I will Never do business with a greedy bunch of people like that. You can take your used weapon and sell it to someone who has no clue -it Won't be me.

Recently I purchased some Danish .308 from J and G. After returning home I inspected the ammo and found it was falling apart, bullets falling out of casings. When I tried to return the ammo, 3 times, with my receipt, the lady behind the mirrored window said sorry we cant help you. Way to go J and G the old man would be proud.

I no you guys do the best you can but when im standing at the counter for 5 min waiting my turn an 3 people walk in an you say whos next an they jump rite in there it is very disturbing to me . I no I should have said excuse me I am next but I didnt I returned the items to there place an walked out . point being in this very rude world we live in you may thins of a # system, you did lose a 1000 $ sale from me
