J&A Quality Automotive LLC is a small family owned and operated business. We understand that car repairs can be expensive, but most times they are a part of life. With our superior service and friendly approach to our customers we hope to take the sting out of your repair cost.

As a small business we have developed our own code of conduct. All of our employees must adhere to this code at all times.

J&A Quality Automotive's Code of Conduct:

To perform high-quality repairs at a fair price.

To give the customer a price estimate for work to be performed.

To use only proven high-quality parts.

To employ the highest skilled technicians obtainable.

To furnish an itemized invoice. Replaced parts may be inspected upon request.

To make every possible effort to repair the customers vehicle right the "First Time".

To have a sense of personal obligation to each individual customer.

To recommend corrective and maintenance services, explaining to the customer which of these are required to correct existing problems and which are for preventive maintenance.

To furnish or post copies of any warranties covering parts or services.

To obtain prior authorization for all work done,in writing, or by other means satisfactory to the customer.

To follow state regulations.

To recycle and reclaim as much as possible.

To notify customers if completion promises cannot be kept.

To exercise extreme care for the customer's property while in our possession.

To maintain a system for fair settlement of customer's concerns.

A little bit about our technician: He has 25 years experience working on most domestic and foreign vehicles. He is an ASE Master Tech and L1 certified. He continues his education as often as possible, through after market resources and factory training when available.
