I like the food ~ we usually order subs~ not bad prices for them ~ The last time two times we ordered subs online for delivery and we had special requests ~ The first was no onions and on Oct 9 we ordered a BLT with no cheese & mayo and there was was mayo on it ~ I called and talked to Teri and told her and it was like oh well ~ so we threw 2 subs due to lack of not reading ~ they need to get an employees that can read. Kinda waste of $29.52 for 1 sub and 2 subs that got thrown away. I just found the order email for Oct 9th stating no mayo & cheese ~ I think I will wait for Hardees to open in Camden to get take out or go to Duck Thru' since I got no response when I called and told them the mistake ~ if the owner / manager reads this it was order 80 on the receipt ~ and on email order #2960653 ~ Not sure if I will order again.

Pizza is so so, not hardly enough ingredients or sauce for the price charged. About that price, very very expensive for what you get.

Had way better pizza than here.Workers are worse than rude- service is very poor. Not a good place to take little kids for the type of language used to talk about other guests?! Food burned. Owner doesn't follow through with his WORD by any means, very condescending. Sure he works hard but doesn't make him good with dealing with poor service.We had no choice but to warn others. Hate doing so. Too bad it's the only pizza place within 10 mins drive. Hope they get better service by the reviews so others don't suffer. Take it as a helping hand to make the place better

Since the day this place opened, my family and I have spent toomuch money in here. The pizza is some of the best that I have ever had and they have a consistent product, as far as the pizza is concerned. After reading the previous post, it just makes me sad for the Owner, who we have watched work tirelessly to make this a top notch establishment. We frequent this restaurant, eating there several times a month - there ARE times when the service stinks----but I wish it were more of a reflection on the poor upbringing of the person delivering poor customer service and not the Owner. Whenever we order pizza or subs, we go out of our way to eat at Itzaboutza --- we travel far and wide for good food, and will pay any price to get it, imagine how happy we are to have THIS in our backyard! The Buffalo Chicken Pizza, is amazing-----the 4 cheese is to die for---I could go on and on! We love this place and will stay loyal, while they work out the kinks in the customer service department

I would like to appologize to Mrs. Sutton for the poor service she received. I did speak with her on the phone during her meal and I am sorry for that. I informed my employee to notify Mrs. Sutton that I was coming to the restaurant to speak with her but she had already departed and I did not have her last name til now. I will contact her via telephone to resolve this matter completley. We strive to provide excellent service to all our customers and yes, we ocassionally run out of certain menu items. I did speak with my employee about the use of the "B" word and she and 3 other persons said that she did not call the customer a name. With that said, I would like to offer Mrs. Sutton a Free Large 2 topping pizza for her bad experience. I will personally deliver it to her also.

This is a small town and we expect way better service. Bad business spreads fast. Waste of money. Half the time they are out of products they sell for starters. Our family will not come back to this place, sad since we will live in this area for rest of our lives. This is a wonderful town and we are not used to such rude behavior. One employee even called me a B word in front of others and our kids because she didn't like that I was right even after she admitted I was. Basically they said suck it up, just be happy we gave you $1 off for military discount. They over charged me for a drink and would not refund the money or give me the drink I was forced to pay for. The employee even called the owner who did nothing when I was forced to speck with him in middle of my meal over the phone. They could have fixed the issue easy enough but choose to be nasty .

The pizza was a bigger than average pizza and it was delicious. The delivery was fast and the prices reasonable. The wings were awesome. Im a customer for life.

Their food is the best ive ever tasted but at the same time the most expensive pizza place ive ever seen.
