They are very manipulative as well as shady when it comes to selling vehicles! We had a terrible experience, and they would not work with us on mistakes that they made as well as issues that were to be resolved. Take your business elsewhere!

As if my original review weren't bad enough, they called again today, again on a horrible snow storm day, and offered my wife the same exact pitch "Do you still have your Black Durango?" "Well we have a customer down here that really wants to buy it" Obviously my wife went off on them and told them to NEVER call us back again. The sales rep acted completely shocked to hear that this had happened before and said he'd report it to management. I'm going one step further and reporting it to all of you. As if it's not bad enough to be a TOTAL SCAMMING used car dealership, the least you could do is remember those you unsuccessfully scammed in the past and pi$$ed off in the process. I made a mistake by doing business with these clowns, don't let it happen to you to. There are plenty of cars out there, please go find one somewhere else.
