My A/C decided to die on me at about 5pm on Friday. I called Isley's and they were able to send someone out and solve my air conditioning problem. Charles was the technician and he explained what needed to be done to get my system going. Everything was up and running before 8pm. NICE! Thanks for saving me Isley's

Service charge is small and they were able to fix both a plumbing and gas line issue which is great for cost and convenience. They brought two gentlemen which shortened the time on station. When the job was complete, they showed me their work and then did a check with me. Great service and care.

We had been working with a terrible contractor who kept us waiting for over three months to replace an air conditioning unit. We finally decided to switch to a more reputable contractor and quickly discovered that Isley had multiple positive reviews with an average review of five stars. Right from the start, we knew we were dealing with a very professional company. The receptionist was courteous, listened patiently while we explained the situation, and effectively laid out our options in terms of the type of units they offered and the amount of time it would take to install the unit.We set up a (free) initial consultation, and were amazed when the consultant who came to visit us at our home turned out to be John, the company's owner. John came prepared with a ladder to check out the situation on the roof and later showed us all of our options via a book that showed all of Isley's air conditioning units and costs. He also took multiple photographs of the roof and unit to help illustrate what his workers would have to do. After choosing which unit we wanted installed, Isley was able to set up a time and date the same week to install the new unit. The workers who came were both polite and helpfully answered any questions I had regarding the unit and the installation project. They even provided a new digital thermostat and air filter. The entire installation took only a few hours -- while the time from initial consultation to finished job took less than a week! (Very convenient when summer is just a couple weeks away and temperatures are already starting to rise!)On a final note, my father mentioned that his allergies have begun to improve -- which we believe can be attributed to the new unit Isley installed. Excellent company to work with!
broken a/c unit

We have used Isleys in the past for plumbing problems. This time the A/C went out and we called them to see if the could send someone out. They sent someone right away and replaced a fan motor to get it going. It's working great now. Isleys has always performed as promised and I will call them for all my a/c and plumbing problems.
Drains are flowing again.

I had all the drains backing up into my bath tub and shower. I called Isleys and they came right out. George was the technician. He knew what to do and repaired my problem. I now know who to call for all my plumbing, A/C or heating problems. Thanks!!
