These people are out of their minds they make up codes about where your tank is and says it can't be within 5' from a window. there is no code that says that Don't use this company they act like their doing you a favor .and they are very rude.........

Rude, act as if they are doing you a favor by talking to you. Plenty of other options out there.

BEWARE!!! They charge you even if you dont use any gas. They say that their contract is automatically renewed EVERY year forever.. WHAT???They are rude and obnoxious.

There are so many other options, DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY for your propane. We had complained twice about my mother's tanks (smell of gas - i know there is no smell but the additive was abundantly smelly as you walked by the tanks) and said we thought there was a leak. She was in Florida for 6 weeks and had heat turned down to 50, and went through 90% of the propane in her 100 gallon tank. Everyone could also smell the "gas" smell. They came and checked it 2 weeks ago and said because it isn't on a regular delivery schedule and FILLED regularly, that it will leak. HUH?!? We called again today, after my brother in law said that we could blow the house up the smell was so bad. When he called, the women Adrianna (?) was SO NASTY, "OH YOU PEOPLE AGAIN? I'VE NEVER DEALT WITH MORE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE IN MY LIFE. DID YOU NOT LEARN IN HIGH SCHOOL SCIENCE THAT GAS HAS NO ODOR?" Repeatedly abusing my brother in law, who was calling with a very valid safety concern, not to mention the fact that in 8 days she blew through 80 gallons again. Their response? 2 hours later two guys came and took the tank away! With the propane in it that my mother had paid for. Left my widowed mother in her home with NO HEAT, and NO STOVE to cook, and didn't even say a word. THEY ALSO LEFT OUR BACKYARD GATES OPEN and her two dogs got out and were running around the neighborhood! OH, and they left the basement door wide open too. NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They will be seeing us in Small Claims court. Do yourself a favor, take your business ANYWHERE else but here.
