Most asked question: Do I have to spar (fight)? No, you do not have to spar, only if you want to. 94% of our people do it for fitness. Most simply want to get in shape. And as we all know by now, thanks to the media, boxing is the fastest way to get fit.

Three options at Irongloves:

• One-on-one boxing training (see below prices)
• Boxing group classes, $17 each, or 4 classes for $60
• Open gym to the public, $30 for 30 days

Prices:

• First timers, try it out for $20. No contracts ever!

One-on-one training prices for boxing & kickboxing:
• 8 sessions for $140 (training 2 x per week)
• 12 sessions for $200 (training 3 x per week)
• 16 sessions for $260 (training 4 x per week)

Boxing Group Classes: (Military discount less $5)
Irongloves also offers boxing classes, kickboxing classes, and other specialized classes. Classes are one hour long: $17 per class, or 4 classes for $60, or 8 classes for $110.

Open gym program:
$30 to train solo, without a trainer. Irongloves Boxing Gym is officially chartered and registered with the USA Amateur Boxing Commission.
For Open Gym, you do need your own gloves & handwraps, we sell gloves & wraps if you need them.

Buddy Plan Discount available: $25 per session (12.50 each), choose 8, 12 or 16 session package, try it out for $15 each.
