I have lived next door to Iris Valley for two years. In that time the Keizer Police have been responded to their location repeatedly due to noise complaints. Letting kids outside as early as 6:30am to play and make as much noise as they want with absolutely no regard for the tenants of two apartment complexes which border their playground. I understand that kids need time outside to play; I have two kids of my own, but I don't allow my kids to disrespect those who live around us.
