Iowa Technology Services was created to provide small and medium businesses access to quality Information Technology support without breaking your bank account. With more than 15 years combined
experience we can provide help with any problem you may have
Computer Desktop support.
Whether it’s update installation, spam, spyware, malware, or virus removal. Computers take some maintenance to continue to work up to your needs and expectations. Our A+ Certified Technicians have the knowledge and skills to take care of anything necessary to keep your computers running. Hardware, Software, or Operating Systems our technicians can handle it all, with experience and a strong support structure for the really tough problems.
Network administration and troubleshooting.
Our experienced network administration team can provide you with the guidance to make your day to day operation smooth and trouble free. Do you back up your data daily? Do you take the media you back up to off site? We can guide you to develop a backup strategy that works for you. Are your backups good? Do you test restore data? A backup is only good once the data is verified.
Network Design.
Iowa Technology Services has an Experienced Network Engineer on staff to help you plan your network. From working with your architect and contractors on new construction, to helping you improve your current infrastructure Our Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) can help you get it right the first time. He is experienced in new network design as well as retrofitting your current network to improve performance.
Disaster Recovery.
How will your business respond in the case of a disaster? Where would you go to continue operations? How would you get equipment set up and running? These are questions that need to be answered by your disaster recovery plan. But what truly is a disaster? A disaster in its most literal sense is anything that could affect your business and cause interruption of service. Our experienced staff can help you plan on how to handle all types of disasters big and small. However no one can plan for every unforeseen problem.
Provider auditing/oversight.
Do you already have a computer or network provider? Are you sure they are doing the correct thing for your business? Most businesses become complacent and so reliant on their provider. They may never know if they are vulnerable. Our audit team will come in and review your systems and provide you a written report of any “concerns” we identify. You can take this information back to your provider for answers. We won’t know everything about your network, but we can help you ask the tough questions to make sure your systems are where they should be. Most businesses have their accounting information audited every year.
Data Recovery.
If you have lost data from a hard drive, flash or usb drive, camera card, CD or DVD’s, or anything thing else you put your data on we can help. We can recover almost all types of files including photos, music, financial files, and documents.
Password Recovery
If you have a lost or corrupted password to a document, webpage, or computer we can recover and / or reset that password for you.
Data Destruction
We can take any hard drive, flash or usb drive, camera card or any other type of media and erase the data on it to prevent anyone from recovering data from it in the future without destroying the device.
