At first the service was decent and obtaining information was easy. Now, however, there has been a distinct lack of communication and ease of obtaining any kind of information from this laboratory. When tests are on hold because of some issue, there is a failure to let my company know that there was an issue and that a particular sample was on hold, which in return has held up production of a product that is being demanded. There is an issue with their email service as well which has impaired our getting results in a timely manner, and attempts to receive results through faxes are difficult and often delayed. Also, when attempting to contact this company via telephone, it is difficult to get anyone on the line. Even when phone calls are returned and we call them back, no one answers. While pricing is decent from this company, the number of hassles experienced have made us to start looking at alternative laboratories to have tests conducted.
