Our move to Miami went well by Jeff Smith - 11/16/2009OK, so I went through all the reviews I read about Interstate Contracted Movers. Yes, they were the lowest bidder, but it wasn't just that. The guy that called us on the bid was really nice. He assured me he'd follow up with me the day of the move (which he did), and I liked that assurance. Well the day of the move came, and the movers were on time. Unfortunately, they brought a truck that was too small. They said another truck was following to make up for that. There were 4 guys including the driver (I thought three guys were coming). The driver stayed on the truck and the other 3 worked their tushes off. It was over 100 degrees that day, and I was moving from a 3rd floor condo in Las Vegas. They loaded up the truck with as much as they could fit (then the second truck showed up) and we were off. I treated everyone to Pizzas for lunch (my old condo is right by Pizza Hut). I also supplied plenty of different kinds of drinks, knowing that it was going to be a hot one. My husband and I
Thanks for your help by Gustavo Pena - 11/12/2009Mike at Interstate Contracted Movers walked me through the whole process. He & Lenny the salesman was up front and honest. When I called in, Mike showed me multiple websites and walked me through them to show me different moving laws and what they mean to me. He also showed me how to check some of the other moving companies I was interested in through US DOT and the BBB. After I did the research, the other companies didn't even compare. Then we went through an inventory of all my belongings and he had a quote ready for me right away. We booked the move and the movers came on the day they said they would and they were all very professional and a pleasure to work with. I can honestly say that Interstate Contracted Movers Movers has changed the way I look at moving companies.

This is a good moving company by Boris - 10/19/2009Interstate Contracted Movers walked me through the whole process, and my move from Charlotte, NC to Las Vegas, NV was worry free. The drivers were very prompt and courteous. Usually after a move, I have to spend precious time digging through boxes and furniture just to locate items that is needed right away. But the movers at Interstate Contracted Movers packed everything by rooms and labeled all the boxes so that everything was easy to find! The truck also arrived in Las Vegas on time. Moving can be really stressful and I’ve gone through the whole U-haul process before but quickly decided it was well worth it to pay professionals to do the move instead. Of course we all say, "this is my last move", but if I ever move again, I will call Interstate Contracted Movers again in a heart beat! They are by far the best moving company in Las Vegas, and it is most convenient way to move.
I am recommending this company to everyone! by Dos Wattoo - 10/19/2009I am recommending this company to everyone I know. The movers were prompt, respectful, courteous and incredibly fast. They took great care with all of my things, which were all very old furniture and antiques like me. They worked very hard and made this the least stressful move I have ever had. Not only did they move more than they were expected to, they stuck around after they had already signed out to make sure that they put my furniture where I wanted it. Again, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Besides all of the above, the price was unbeatable and dealing with "Mike the Mover" was a pleasure. Don't bother calling anyone else ... Interstate Contracted Movers is the best!
Thank you for a great move by Nancy Hutchins - 10/19/2009I would like to comment on the services rendered by Interstate Contracted Movers and the moving agent as set up by my contact Mike. The move itself was difficult from every standpoint. I was moving out of the home occupied by my family for over 40 years and in that time we had gathered endless amounts of furnishings and various items. I had several in home estimates that came in at roughly between 21,000 and 28,000 lbs. estimated weight and prices ranging from $10,000 (unthinkable) to over $30,000 for doing our move. We chose them based on not only the pricing estimated at under $20,000 but their reputation and ratings on several websites and the knowledge that mike passed on to both myself and my wife during the weeks of research and bids. Mike from Interstate Contracted Movers contacted us 5 days prior to the move to go over some details and told us at that point that the crew would arrive on Friday morning to begin the process (packing and prep) and they did show up at 8 am Friday m
