The service I've gotten from this location is 5 star all the way... I have nothing but rave reviews for them. They always take the time to make sure the battery is the correct fit for the application... and the deliver directly to my business! Thanks from Truck Components Inc!

I also have a battery removed from the repair shop and never returned. Beware of this buiness!!! With the price of lead you never know who to trust with your battery. Certainly not this buiness.

The battery in question was years past the advertised warranty so there was no credit left. Could not get the customer to comprehend that especially after he became verbally abusive.

Horrible Customer Service

Removed battery from shop where it was left for warranty (that's a long story) and would not return it. Spoke to the Regional Manager and he echoed the bad customer service of the owner George. I would recommend that you purchase ACDelco batteries as they last longer and thier customer service is much better.
