Ken McKee by Ken McKee - 09/25/2009They repaired my TV back in July and I called them Wednesday 9/23/09 and told Gary the manager that my TV would not turn on and he sent a repairman out on Thursday to warranty their work. The repairman fixed my TV within 30 minutes.It is a pleasure to work with such a professional company.
Outstanding Service by Satisfied Customer - 06/11/2009We've had problems in the past with other repair technicians charging huge fees just to come to the house to diagnose the problem, and were very pleased with the fees for International TV. Even better, they were able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem, and did so at the lowest cost possible to us (fixing only the piece that had malfunctioned, rather than installing and charging us for the entire board). Very honest, very trustworthy, very professional and polite, and very reasonable. I plan on recommending this company to family and friends, and hope that you give them a try as well. It's refreshing to find a TV repair company with ethics and the skills to back up their work as well!
FINALLY!!!!!!Great service at a great price. by VerryHappyCo - 05/22/2009After genting taken for 200 dollars of my money from a guyt at another company to be told it cost me 600 dollars more, I called this company to get a second opinion. Amazing curtiouse technician called me back and came to my house the same day. He fixed my tv in my house and charged me 356 dollars and then calibrated ( usually 75 bucks he said from other companies) and then cleaned my lamps so my picture looked amazing. Better then it was new. And it works great. We need to help these guys get business because they finally figured out a way to help people instead of taking them for a ride. Call them you will be greatful.
