Nice guys, terrible customer service by zythra - 01/05/2009
Very nice guys (especially the younger brother, the older one is a bit terse but still nice), good prices, free delivery, but their customer service is awful. They don't follow-up at all, no communication whatsoever unless you initiate it.

I ordered several doors from them which got delayed by their manufacturer. I wasn't in a hurry so I wasn't bothered by the delay, but I was bothered that they never once called me to let me know what was going on unless I called them first, even after my doors were in and sitting in their warehouse. If it weren't for their poor customer service they would easily be 5 stars. I hope they can improve their customer service, I am hesitant to use them again because of it.
