Reckless and dangerous

by Nicole , 01/08/2015

The doctors at this site are not knowledgeable and do not care about patient health. Beware

I'd go back.

by Repeat customer , 03/06/2013

I have been in for various ailments including strep throat, flu, broken wrist, and kidney infection. I have always been pleased with the concern shown from doctors and staff. I have been diagnosed correctly and recovered quickly with proper treatment. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but that is to be expected at any instacare.

Family Physician that is uncomfortable with chronic illness

by Multiple sclerosis , 11/07/2012

Dr. Kolb is new to Instacare. Unfortunately after 3 visits of "I will need to research that..." with no followup I was very disappointed. Chronically ill should not opt for this family dr. She is good with children but when it came to several more indepth issues she blanched and was unwilling to commit to an opinion. She also showed a lack of initiative when presented with complex issues. If you are chronically ill and are on medications prescribed by a specialist I would not suggest this family practitioner.

AMAZING!

by Nbluefeet , 01/17/2012

I love my regular Doctor, but I work crazy hours and when I am sick or my family is choose to go to the Taylorsville Instacare. The wonderful Doctors and the nursing staff saved my husband’s life last week and I am very grateful for them and how quickly and efficiently treated my husband and their kindness to me.

Bottom feeder doctors....

by tmare , 11/20/2011

The doctors suck! They are bottom feeders. The doctors got their so called degrees in acracker jack box! If you want to be misdiagnosed, then go to this place! They willbe quick to take your money and quick to push youout the door!

Great Doctor

by UV , 01/12/2011

I loved the service and hospitality! I injured my knee and went there to get it checked out, the receptionist was pretty nice and helpful (Although she was kinda flirty with my boyfriend). I didn't have insurance and I did have to make a $75.00 copay but I didn't mind that. I was in a room in less than 10 minutes. Dr. Ryan Peterson was the one who took care of me and was very sensitive to my needs. Knowing that all the expenses were gonna be out of pocket, he suggested a couple of options so that my bill wouldn't be too high. He also told me to apply for their medical assistance program which I'm doing today! I would go back to this place anytime and would recommend it to anyone.

Many Visits

by Brit , 12/06/2010

I have been to this Insta Care several times with my kids over the past year and it has always been a great experience. My son has had stiches several times here and they were always very nice and quick about it. Also, one time they had to refer us to the hospital and not only did they not charge us, but they ended up refunding the co-pay. They always pay a lot of attention to my kids and they are very vigilant

Foot trouble

by starwars , 05/24/2010

Last year I stepped on a nail and at about midnight ended up in the emergancy room getting a tetnis shot. The emergancy room how ever never even cleaned out the wound. Two days later I was at this instacare, were they cleaned the wound and because I was so sick gave me fluids and antibiotics interveniusly over the next three days. I have never got such great care from an instacare. They even called several days later to make sure I was ok
