Lisa was great from start to end of my refinancing for my home. Great service! Answered all questions and everything went smoothly. Definitely reccommmend her to friends.

Would not recommend this company to anyone!

They do not follow up or communicate with you unless you call them for updates or demand hourly updates I even spoke w the owner who did not resolve my issue.

They had over 5 weeks to complete VA loan/paperwork for closing, cross country move was planed based on closing date. My husband called to check in on the closing prior to our move across country and was told all was good, no info was needed, and we were on schedule for closing. We received email once in route asking for additional info (4 days this went on each request was replied to promptly by buyer with all info being requested). Closing had to be rescheduled leaving family's belongings on Uhaul and I hotel for several unexpected delays. One buyer had to go out of state for business therefore closing was done a cross country. Lack of communication and honesty caused extra expenses, stress, and pressure on buyer.

Would not recommend this company to anyone unless you want to do most of the work yourself.
