REALLY BAD SERVICE by chicago88 - 02/16/2009
IF YOU DO END UP HERE AVOID MY SALES ASSOCIATE ERIC GARCIA! He and that whole dealership are a bunch of liars. He lied to my face and told me i needed to program my radio ...and turned out it needed a replacement that needed to be speacial ordered and very expensive....ignored my calls,..and then got very rude.....ironically my distance brother ended up there too except he was very happy....for a week!!.......... then realized it had various problems,...and again eric promised to fix them ,.. just to end up ignoring his calls too,..we spoke to the manager.. and he resorted to fixing them..ha! ended up with different lights in the headlight...shows you how the management there is....a month later and now our car broke down...due to negligence in there part. horrible experince.
