We've used this shop for years by Checksix - 11/30/2009Mike has always been very friendly and totally upfront with the charges. He has even fixed a minor problem for free and did the same for my 80-something mother-in-law. We've taken our cars to Mike for many years and have never had any problems.
Great Shop, what a find. I also was charged for testing, but I didn't expect FREE work by Jim Anderson - 06/23/2009I was traveling and developed an oil leak. I looked here online and found this shop.I returned to this site to write a thank you review. I was surprised to see the poor review. When I called and arrived he told me what it would cost to have it on the rack to look for the leak. While in the waiting room I heard him explain to other clients the costs of testing on their cars too. I expect to pay for the time it takes for an accurate evaluation. This is not what I planned to write though. When I called to get in, they were full. I was traveling so he said he would work me in. I expected to rent a hotel room. He told me to wait so he could look at it first. He got mine in and found the leak. He repaired it at the same time for $55.00, including testing. He could have charged me more but didn't. I told him I was prepared to pay $800.00 to have the leak fixed. I was so happy I gave them a $30.00 tip! I believe The crew at Integrity stand by their business name.Thanks Jim Anderson
Hidden Charges by disgusted vehicle owner - 06/17/2009I'm a straight forward hard working individual that simply needed auto repair service. I talked to Mike on the phone as he was driving and scheduled to bring my vehicle in for repair. When I arrived at the garage Mike asked me what was wrong with the vehicle. I informed him that my van had a check engine light that just came on and that my power door locks were working incorrectly. He took these notes down on the computer and asked for the key. He seemed flustered and I left the building. He called me later that day after the time he had told me he was going to call. He gave me details of everything that could be repaired on the vehicle which I appreciated. I choose to take the recommendations and seek further/another opinion from a separate garage. So, I came to pick up my vehicle and was slapped with an out of the blue $135 charge for what! I talked with the mechanic and he gave me a summary of what was done to the vehicle...very little diagnostics! I don't mind paying for
On Vacation and they Saved Us by Tim Johnson - 05/22/2009Our van broke down and the guys at Integrity stayed late to get us back on the road. We were very pleased with the work they did. We found them through this system and feel others looking should know this is a good, safe place to take your car.

He is alwasy upfront about what should be repaired on our cars. He is very knowledgeable and can explain in detail the what and whys of a particular problem. We trust Mike completely.
