They don't know what they are doing by kabr - 05/05/2009Innovative Wine Cellar Designs designed and built my 1,000 bottle wine room from scratch. They advertise on their web site a climate-controlled environment that will maintain proper temperature and humidity quote "Our refrigeration systems are designed to keep your prized wine collection in an ideal environment to protect your investment." Proper temp should be "55�F-to-57�F and the humidity should be carefully balanced between 50-to-70." The statement in quotation marks is also advertised on their web site. This is definitely not what they provided for my wine room. The temperature varies at least 10 degrees every day (as of May 5, the high temperature has been almost 70 degrees each day) and the humidity has never been above 38. They have been paid in full and will not return my phone calls. Because of them, my wine collection is in danger of being destroyed with the wildly fluctuating temperatures and lack of proper humidity. DON'T USE THEM. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
