Bait and Switch by Non-Repeat Customer - 09/15/2009Choose this hotel from the photos and descriptions provided by their website. This was the Golf Room Pkg. Lobby was nice. First room we were assigned was disgustingly dirty, musty and stale. The room actually SMELLED of a sour linen. The door to the room opened outward, got that going into a barn feeling. While my husband unloaded the car I called the front desk to switch the room. Well they did the room was cleaner butin disrepair.Unusable outlets covered with scotchtape, holes shabbly plastered, ripped carpet. Grounds unkempt.Hot tub and outdoor fountain were shut down and full of debris.Now-my husband asked about tee times! What a cluster mess. The front desk called at 7:30am to say my husband has a 10:00am tee time. He arrived at the RR CC course on time tobe told they didn't know anything about his tee time! Some calls to the hotel he was allowed to play. This day was warm, no cart girl/boy to sell waters. My husband went to the PRO shop wanting to buy bottled water- he got a p
