Great rooms and staff. I can't wait until we visit again.

Customer service sub-par. Don't expect to even get a call back when calling the General Manager, Charlie Yates. He does not value guests.

My hubby & I've stayed multiple times every yr since 2002, been longtime & faithful guests here. Have referrered friends, family & coworkers, including 2 couples who honeymooned here & 1 couple who had their Wedding/Reception here due to our recommendation. Prior staff was fantastic, attentive, knowledgeable & exceeded all expectations of customer service. Under new ownership/management & the staff has changed. During most recent stay we had issues that were unacceptable. Given the General Manager's card (Charlie Yates) by front desk staff to contact him directly. My husband has called to speak to him numerous times & left messages via staff & voice mail when transferred to his ext. Mr. Yates does not have the courtesy nor time to return phone calls, I wanted to share our experience with other customers, current/prospective. Saying goes, "you get what you pay for", & for the price you'd expect much better service and treatment, unfortunately you won't receive it here.
