Love the food!! by Dave - 06/11/2009I was at the India Palace with my mother last week. Before I say something about the food, let me tell you that there are a very few places on earth where my mother enjoys her food. But I was glad that I took her to India Palace that day. It was her first time that she was having Indian food. Our waiter in the restaurant helped her to make the choices and we decided to go for their dinner specials. And let me tell you people that it was a feast!! We had appetizers including tandoori chicken (yum! yum!). The main course had three dishes with the delicious garlic naan. I thoroughly enjoyed my food and so did my mother. She had a great concern about the spice level in Indian food but she was surprised by the mild flavors she relished. We ended our dinner with their signature mango ice cream and rice pudding. It was a great feel to see my mother happy. Thank you India Palace for the great food.....I will be back!!!!
India Palace service sucks! by Ann Hall - 03/09/2009This is a place we have always gone for very special days. Last Valentine's we were so upset we will never return! The food came fast, but then we were ignored. We got the all inclusive meal for two. We sat for 25 mins. after we bagged up our leftovers, and on one ever came to offer us more to drink or give us the included dessert, OR the bill! They were not busy, so that wasn't the reason. So we stood up and then someone rushed over the the cash register. They didn't make eye contact, did not ask how our meal was! We didn't say anything during the meal to upset them at all, so we don't know why we were treated like this when we WERE loyal customers. We will never go back there.
