In Bloom is the best. They saved me on Valentine's Day. Delivery on time and the roses were beautiful.

So disappointed! I spoke to Lisa about a special arrangement ordered for my son and DIL's new baby and 3 days after the order I called to learn that it was never delivered. The story I got was that because it was a new housing development, the computer entered the order as a Pick Up, Carry Out. I asked, "So the flowers sat there for 3 days and you didn't notice them?" and they said "The arrangement was never made." How can that be? It doesn't make sense! They offered a refund and another arrangement. We'll see how this turns out. VERY disappointed.

I absolutely love this florist! I had been looking for a very specific type of flower for a funeral because of the story behind it. I couldn't find this flower anywhere in the state because the flower typically isn't in bloom until later and companies just wanted to sell it as bare root. I was kind of losing hope and then In Bloom Florist showed up on my search. I gave them a call even though this flower was for a funeral and not a wedding and I have to say how thankful I am to the owner, John, for helping me. He is a genuine person and really wanted to help me with this particular flower. He found someone that had the flower, disclosed how much I was looking at paying, and then had the flowers sent overnight. They were ready the next morning and I was given instructions on how to take care of these flowers and was able to go to the viewing, which I thought I wasn't going to be able to make. Awesome owner, awesome florists. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who's looking for flowers for any occasion because this company goes above and beyond to get you what you're looking for.

I was so specific and picky about my order and they got it PERFECT. I was matching a dried flower wreath for a memorial service. They got it just right, absolutely stunning work--I know flowers and these were just exceptional. Delivered the morning of the service, they were extra fresh at and their peak. Made the day so special, I will not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anyone. I ordered a large funeral spray and also a vase arrangement for the funeral meal banquet table and those, too, were just divine. Thanks, In Bloom!!

They really did great job for me on Valentine's Day last week. The roses were beautiful and were delivered on time to my Mom. Thank you.

When I got home from work after 3pm today, I saw a flower arrangement left by my front door. I read the card and saw that the flowers were not intended for me...the address was correct but I knew neither the person for whom the flowers were meant nor the sender. I called "In Bloom Florist" right away to tell them that they made this wrong delivery. The lady on the phone thanked me profusely and told me that I had saved them from disappointing a customer. She told me to keep the flowers and enjoy them and that they would send out a new arrangement to the intended recipient. I was delighted....I haven't had the luxury of flowers in a long time. About 45min later, a delivery person knocked on my door and told me that he was told to pick up the flowers. "Sorry", he said but that's what he was told to do ....so I gave them to him. That's a pretty mean thing to do. It wasn't like it was a monstrous bouquet, it was simply a modest arrangement in a round vase...maybe 10 flowers. I know I didn't pay for them but c'mon, could you spare it after I saved you a complaint from a customer that never got their flowers??? In Bloom gets no points (or business) from me and I wish I could tell the person who eventually gets the flowers that they sat outside for who knows how long before I got home from work and they sat in my house before being delivered to her.

On 4/29/2011, my daughter ordered a floral bouquet for my birthday from USAA using FTD. The order was filled by In Bloom Florist in Orlando. She had ordered a vase of flowers, but I received a vase of greenery with a few flowers thrown in. There were 3 bright yellow roses past their prime (thrown out the next day), 5 ivory roses with red tips, purple and yellow goldenrod--mostly greenery, a different shade of purple tiny flower with feathery leaves, and some pink lily-type buds which bloomed 3 days later. CLASH!!! And more fern fillers tightly and unattractively crammed into a vase. When my daughter arrived the next day, she was shocked. I couldn't find anything remotely so ugly on the In Bloom website. I presume they assumed I would never know what she had ordered, so cleaned out their supply of ferns on me. It's not cool to rip people off.
