Description: In Balance Pilates Studio is a full-service studio located in St. Paul, Minnesota. We utilize and teach the Stott Pilates method, combining principles of modern exercise science, core strength, stability and the restoration of the natural curves of the spine.

    An Great Find

    I began taking Pilates one-on-one sessions with Rose at In Balance a few months ago. Rose is outstanding in her knowledge of Pilates techniques and her gentle yet effective guidance. The changes I am seeing and feeling in my body are fantastic: greater strength, more energy--and more inspiration to do other forms of fitness such as walking and weight-lifting. My clothes fit better and I feel like I have added an inch to my height! An additional benefit is that I feel more focused throughout my day. I highly recommend In Balance and feel blessed to have found it.

    Amazing Training!

    I've been taking Pilates from Rose for nine years and I can't imagine life without this amazing discipline. Sessions are planned for in light of what my body needs, never repetitive and always energizing. I've been able to maintain flexibility and core strength. My sessions are a "duet" with a woman 9 years older than I who does amazing things in her 70's. Scary to think what aging would be like without In Balance.I consider it the best investment I can make in myself and truly value the wisdom and training that Rose has given me.

    Anti-aging workout

    I'm a 71 year old woman and have been working out with Pilates sessions with Rose or Tony for 10 years[2 times weekly]. I cannot imagine aging without Pilates with Rose and Tony. They are well trained instructors that guide me and help me mentally and physically to do the challenging exxxercises that I thought my body could not do. In the past I had lower back pain and decreased flexibility[along with degenerative disc disease] wwhich comes with bone aging.My back pain is gone, my flexibility has increased[all over body], along with having increased strength and well-being. My fear of aging is decreased, endurance has increased, and fatigue is less with these workouts. I also have realized the ability to mentally focus on Pilates -whatever was on my mind before the session is gone as the focus is on the body and doing what you need to do. Because of their expert guidance and observation,I do the exercises correctly so my body gets the most benefit. I can't imagine what life and aging w

    My Good Fortune

    I have had the good fortune to meet and be trained in Pilates by Rose. I am a massage therapist and have trained with Rose only once a week for the last 2 months. I feel 20 years younger in my body from the training. Rose is a master at knowing what a body needs. She is a truely a scuptress of the human form.
