Horrible place to deal with. Make a cash offer of $200 less than asking price both internet mgr and sales person said they would submit and were to call me back in 15 minutes. Never happened. Almost like I was being discriminated. I did not need a loan cash buyer. Thought they sold the vehicle, nope still available. Thought I would share

I bought BMW 328i here a while ago. I was unsure if I should even come because my credit is shaky. I was really considering just giving up car shopping and just keep paying $900/month for a rental. Greg was really nice and helped me get everything I needed. They got me a loan on a really nice car and it even came with a warranty. I will be back when my wife is ready for her next car. Thank you Greg!

My nephew recently purchased a vehicle from them and he was happy so I thought I would give them a shot. I did the normal BBB look up, A rated, that was surprising for a car dealer, but good. I went to their main location on Chippewa and I was shocked at the type of cars they had in stock for being a city used car dealer. The lot was clean, the cars looked good, I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by Al (a little goofy) and I had a fun time buying my A6 wagon. So far so good, check engine light came on one time, but that was because my husband didn't tighten the gas cap when he got gas....2 clicks. Give them a shot, Al makes it a very fun if not goofy time buying a car.

I purchased a Mazda 6 from Imports Ltd.for my daughter to comute back and forth to school. Don't get me wrong I got luck. But these guys lied to me regarding taking care of repair need if the car does'nt pass inspection. Whem I went in to sign papers their story changed. The said that I had to purchase the car as-is. The would not cover any repairs at sll. Little do they know I was in the market for two cars. I will ne buying the next one some where else. Will neversale. do business their again. They missed out on a all cash sale.

I purchased a 2004 3 series BMW from this place in April of 2012. The day after I bought the car the fan went out. They did offer to fix it and they did, but left me completely stranded with out a car. I told them that the car was my only way of transportation, and they said they would actually provide with a way home from work the day my car was towed to Midas, and they would make sure I had a way to get the car after it was fixed. They did neither one. Now, on June 26, 2012, I had a screw in my front tire, so my boyfriend and my brother were going to put the spare tire on. There was one problem, the spare tire that was in the trunk was not the right one for the car and it doesn’t even fit. I went back to Imports because my sales person told me during the sale that it came with a full sized spare tire and even showed it to me in the trunk of the car. They are basically telling me that I bought the car as is and they probably cannot do anything about it. I told them I bought the car as is, thinking and was told it had a full size spare tire that fit the car. They falsely misrepresented this to me. The day I went back up there to see if they would fix it, the President of the company, James David Cornelius, tried to intimidate me by basically yelling at me in the show room and then by calling the cops so I would just leave and he would not have to deal with the problem. Before he even spoke to me, I heard him yelling at one of his employees to go look at the tire that was in my car. It was obvious that he was already upset about the issue before I even said a word to him. He did not like the fact that I was not taking no for an answer from his general manager and decided he would try to bully me around. My sales person, Ben Deucey told me the car came with a full sized spare tire. They lied to me and now they do not want to fix the problem. I never would have bought it if I would have known I was going to have these types of problems. I will never go there again for a car.

These so called sales people are CROOKS. They try and sell you this "excellent" condition used vehicle and after they have your money, they bend you over and stick it to you. The car they sold us is not in excellent condition as was said but a piece of garbage. Don't EVER go here. They promise to fix things and then ignore your phone calls. The manager is an arrogant jerk who needs to look in the mirror and rethink who he really is....a CROOK!!! Imports Ltd. is nothing but a scam.
