Where is my van!

made an appointment for breaks and have carbs adjusted, it was never wrien down so it took them over two weeks to even get someone to look at it! It's now been over three weeks and I have called several times and always seem to be getting the run around and no one can tell me what is going on with my van or if it's even being worked on, once I was even hung up on. Took the top off to do some repairs to that as well expecting it back timely and it has been raining so the inside and top bed have to be getting wet. they said they put a tarp over it, but when I drove by after hours it was a very old tarp that looked like it had holes and had blown off anyway. I am very upset about my service so far and if I don't get some good news soon I'll be looking for another mech....
85 VW Vanagon Home Again

Thanks to Larry and his knowledge of our van and the parts needed to replace the damaged coolant expansion tank we made it back home to Graham WA. The option of having to stay in Medford for several days to have a repair shop replace the damage would have cost us over $500. The parts cost $86 and one hour of my time. Thanks again Larry and Import Parts Center.
