Dave and Guy are awesome. They were very generous and understanding of my situation and made every effort to help me. They were generous when it came to the loan and took great care of my instruments until my return. I can't say enough positive things about this shop. The overall experience has left a long lasting memory and I would recommend this shop to anyone a heart beat. Marco and Michael made me laugh and were very helpful with all of my questions and the care of my instrument. I stop in just to say hi because they are so cool ....

Dave and guy and the staff at Imperial Pawn Brokers are by far the best in the business. I went to other gold buyers and then went to the men at Imperial and not only was I treated like a true gentleman but I was also given the best price for my item. My Cousin wrote a review for these guys and I can honestly say that she was right on with her article. As a 17 year member of the Marine Corps and being in special forces for 13 years of those 17 and doing 4 tours in Iraq and Afghanistan I can honestly say that I would go to war with these boys that's how much I trust them.

This is the best pawn shop in ORANGE COUNTY! Dave was great, made it easy and so friendly. Would go back anytime and refer everyone to them. So not embarrassing, and that's good. Great Customer Service!

I certainly can't say enough good things about these guys.....it was my first experience with a Pawn shop and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are caring and professional all in one........they have HEARTS of GOLD! They will do whatever they can for you and are truly honest guys!

Hands down the best Pawn Shop out there! Guy and Dave are genuinely two of the nicest guys you will ever meet. They are truly there to help the customer.. I have been to other pawn shops in the past- and they're all about business and makin money, that they forget all about customer service (which is very important, especially today)

At Imperial Pawnbrokers- they are all about Customer Service and making sure thier clients are happy.. they go above and beyond,they know what they're talking about, the store is clean and neat, they're friendly, and they will definetly be the ONLY pawn shop I will ever go to..

If you are in need of a loan, buying or trading something, or just want to sell something, do yourself a favor- save some time and Go to this place first! I guarantee you will walk out happy.. I always do!

This place is as good as it gets !! Not only are these guys friendly and good looking, on top of that they give the most for your gold !!

After going to The Gold Guys at the Brea Mall and dealing with a total lack of customer service skills and to match that, the lowest amount paid for my gold, it was great to have listened to the little voice inside that says "dont do it"...

So to save everyone else from the bad experience I had at The Gold Guys, take your gold over to Dave or Guy at Imperial Pawnbrokers and tell them you heard about them from a happy customer !!!!
