These people are the apsolute worst management company I ever had the displeasure of dealing with! Shelly the owner of ideal management is nothing more than a Tyrant!! She yells and threatens seniors, when they don't want to do, what she, commands them to do! I've heard it first hand! First they put locks on the glass front doors, they change the locks on those doors, then make the people in the buildings ( Mostly Seniors) go downtown in 100 degree heat to get new keys, when they couldn't get back into their buildings because their keys didn't work!! With zero notice! But their excuse was we're protecting them!? From what? No one wants those keys! It makes it harder for them to go in and out! People are always yelling because they can't get in the building to visit their family or friendsl! Now the downstairs neighbors a group of men living in the bottom floor apartment broke one of the glass doors on my mom's building, today, they sent notices to everyone in that building, and a bill for $80.00 dollars! They are making these people, some who weren't even there, pay for this glass door!! Not happening!! Getting a lawyer! And calling housing discrimination on these tyrants and bullies!! If you live in the Cambridge apartments, stand with us and say pay your own bills! and stop harassing people! They pay rent for those things! I'm calling someone who can do something about this horrible company and make Mike and Shelly! Treat them like people and not there personal bank accounts!! For there expenses that are written off anyway tax time!! I have stories that will curl your toes about these tyrants!! And the lawyer will get everyone!!

My family, Friends and Neighbors have been harrassed, charged for things they didn't break, have to be subjected to that horrible owner Shelly!

The owner, his brother, and property manager will enter your apartment without your permission. The owner walked in on me when he thought I wasn't home, my care wasn't there.Also, after living there for 2 years, never being late on rent, and cleaning the apartment to their specifications they kept $200 of our deposit fee to pay a cleaning company to do what we had just finished doing. Including taking off the light fixtures to clean them, removing air ducts to wash them, cleaning stove and replacing old electric pans with new ones.

I've only been renting from this company for 3 months now, but they are horrible. We have been bullied and harassed because our previous landlord wanted to sell his place, so we had to move. Now that we moved to another of their units they constantly send ppl to inspect our place and impose on us! They treat us like we're crack heads. I wish we hadn't used them at all!!
