We have been very happy with our new phone system and the personal care we have received from Troy Deane. The phone system is very user friendly and the service rep that trained us was very friendly and knowledgeable . We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Troy Deane and his company to everyone.

I have been 100% satisfied with the service I have received from Ideacom. Troy Deane goes above and beyond the call of duty to make his customers happy. We had a ton of issues with our phones before he came along, and for the first month we had a technician over here on almost a daily basis trying to fix all of the issues that had been caused by the person who worked on our phones before. Troy stops in every now and then just to see how things are going. I have NEVER seen anyone do that before. Wonderful service, wonderful company, no complaints here!

Troy & Craig are great to work with and they offer exceptional services for VoIP. I use them personally and refer them to all my customers. If you need VoIP services or are just thinking about it, you need to definitely give them a call. They have the knowledge to answer all your questions & you will be surprised at how cost effective it really is. They will take care of you & treat you right.

Our old system crashed and we called three companies in Idaho Falls for a replacement...these guys were the only company that responded and we are so glad we decided to do business with them.

I have to admit that idea com knows what customer service is all about, I just have to call my personnel rep "Troy Deane" and he arranges the services I need and then follows up after they are complete to make sure I was taken care of. What a great way to do business. The person he sends to do service is Dale Shearer, there again a knowledgeable person and friendly to our staff, he gets the job done and is pleasant to work with.

Very happy with the entire process of buying, installing, and training on our new office phone system. We would highly recommend Ideacom for all small business phone systems.
