I had a broken pipe in my hot tub I called several repair people that all made a big deal of it and wanted to charge a huge price to fix it, they would have to order parts that would take days to come in. It was a nightmare. Cal spa came the same day and fixed my pipe in about ten minutes, they had the parts right on their truck and made my day.
