I&S has grown steadily over the past ten years with respect to our projects, clients, and employees. In January of 2004, I&S opened an office in Faribault, Minnesota to better serve clients in southern Minnesota and in the rapidly growing Minneapolis and St. Paul metropolitan area. The success of the firm can be attributed to positive client relations, talented and dedicated professional staff members, as well as our ability to provide creative solutions and excellent project management services from 'start to finish.'
