For cost-conscious customers we offer used components at times with a thirty-day warranty. The vast majority of our work, however, is simply service-related, using our expertise to solve the myriad of software problems, infections, and crashes involved in modern-day computers.

On software work we have doubled the warranty time we have offered in the past, extending it to ten calendar days. If your computer is not working after you pick it up from us, we want to know about it, and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
