These guys are CROOKS, and a fly-by-night company that does shabby work. I went in for a rubber roof and siding. Mr. Hunt talked me out of the rubber roof, telling me that it would only be guaranteed for 10 years, but shingles would be guaranteed for 25. When they came out and put the roof on, they didn't put the shingles overlapping enough and did nothing to protect from freezing water backing up into them. After they finished the roof and BEFORE they finished the siding, my roof was already leaking. Mr. Hunt told me that it was our fault because we didn't get up on the roof and shovel off the few inches of snow on our low pitched roof (this was in a Nov.). There WAS NO guarantee about leakage. It turned out that they did not put them on properly and the shingle manufacturer would not do anything about them because it wasn't due to the condition of the shingles, but to roofer error at improper spacing. We had to put on a whole new roof right after that (by someone else).Then, when they put on the siding, they put the trim around the windows so that it blocked them from opening with the crank and we could not open our crank-out windows. They also left all the debris from the work in the yard so that we had to clean it up ourselves after the snow melted, including large pieces on spouting and siding and roofing materials...and nails all over the place...including their sign. On top of refusing to do anything about correcting these issues, they tried suing us for the final payment. So much for that 25 year guarantee, eh? (This was more than 3 years ago and won't show up under BBB review anymore).
