Hunt Electric’s in-house Design-Build department was one of the earliest implementers of the Design-Build method as a project delivery method.
Our engineering and drafting team is highly trained and ready to assist you with Building Information Modeling (BIM) services. Our in-house BIM experience consists of assisting the largest development projects in Salt Lake City, City Creek as well as the Topaz Data Center, in South Jordan.
Hunt Electric’s specialty services include in-house Infrastructure, Traffic and I.T.S. (Information Transport Systems) Divisions. All three divisions are equipped with all of the necessary construction and heavy equipment required to work on large public highway or private development projects.
Our I.T.S. Division provides professional cabling installations for Cat6 / Cat5e voice and data, fiber optic backbones, VOIP, custom audio, card access control, security / CCTV and whole house network cabling in any and all environments to include: commercial, industrial, residential, retail, medical, educational, campus, aerial, underground duct banks and manholes.
Hunt Electric offers in-house design, consulting and construction services for solar photovoltaic systems, wind power generation and distribution and building energy efficiency evaluation and retrofit.
Hunt Electric offers in-house TEGG Preventative Maintenance Programs that provide you with a complete electrical safety and maintenance plan to help eliminate electrical problems that can lead to unscheduled outages or electrical safety concerns, lowering utility costs, increasing workplace safety, reducing insurance risk, and decreasing facility maintenance costs.
In addition our in-house Service Division offers a list of support services; including arc flash training and testing, infrared scanning, as well as cleaning and analysis of a company’s complete electrical distribution system.
