Never forget that you only have one opportunity to make a first impression with customers. My experience was I dealing with an unprofessional and impatience middle age woman. If she is a volunteer she should be trained to not be curt or rude to customers. There so many resale stores to shop at, I will not go back to this store.
I would give this sales person a zero rating just for her impoliteness.
