I just had a fantastic experience dealing with Huffman Tire and Auto. My son was on his way from Chicago to Springfield, and got off I-55 to get gas. He hit a pothole and had a flat. He couldn't get the tire off the hub, so he called me. I quickly did a Bing search and found Huffman's. I called for urgent assistance, as he was needing to get back on the road to attend a class at college. I spoke with Pat who immediately sent someone out to check out the situation. They got the tire loose so the spare could be changed, but (unfortunately) the rim was bent (due to the pothole). Huffman's escorted my son back to their business, quickly bent back the rim and put on a new tire. All was done in under 30 minutes!!! Not only that, the whole experience was VERY reasonably priced. As a parent, we are concerned about the safety of our children, and nothing feels worse than when we feel helpless. Pat and the team at Huffman's were FANTASTIC to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
