This company was who we got for our last Army move. They seemed polite although the two young guys were less then carfeul and damaged and lost many items. We have been going through hoop after hoop for over 5 months! And the owner is refusing to cover 1/4 of the cost to repair the damaged items. We even went through Dadd's Refinishing (who is AWESOME!) and instead of being concerned with "customer satisfaction", he became belligerent on the phone and actually said "I have seen you military people try to scam me for years. You all can just take me to JAG or the BBB because I am sick of tax payers paying for your moves." WHAT the heck??Save you belongings and your sanity and choose another company.
