Very Satisfied Customer by happy customer - 03/01/2009I hired Howe to replace my old gas waterheater and was very pleased with the professional job they did. The office staff was very helpful in recommending an efficent replacement. They gave me a quote on the work and didn't charge a penny more which is nice. The technician showed up on time and left the work area cleaner that he found it. It's rare to find excellent service like this anymore. I will highly recommend Howe to my friends.
Bad Service by shoppingmail - 01/12/2009Bad customer service. Receipts/invoices are not broken down to show labor and parts costs, and when this is requested, the costs are retroactively broken down to match the original arbitrary and exhorbitant prices. I have worked with numerous contractors in the Sioux Falls area, and I have generally been very pleased. Howe Plumbing is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I would not recommend them to ANYONE.
