THIS PLACE HAS RIPPED ME OFF TWICE!!! YOU NEED PEOPLE WHO CAN COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH!!! THE LANGUAGE BARRIER HAS COST ME AT LEAST $75.00 IN OVER CHARGES, NOT TO MENTION THE TIME AN GAS IT TOOK TO GO AN POSSIBLY HAVE IT CORRECED, BEING THAT THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THE LOCATION BY PHONE. THE PRICE IS GOOD IN THE PAPER BUT UPON ARRIVAL ITS NOT WORTH IT AND THE PLANTS ARE NOT ALL THAT GREAT!!!!!

My husband and I were redoing out front yard and went to Houston Garden Centers thinking we would get good prices. None of there plants have the infomation that you would want to know when buying a plant. We wanted a yard that would be very easy to keep up and that we would not have to keep on putting money into it. So we were looking for plants that would last year around with some flowers to redo every spring. NONE NONE NONE of the people speak english and will lie to your face if you ask them about the plants and if they will last. They were not helping and made sure to tell us that ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!! If you buy plants and they make sure to tell you that I guess they dont think the plants will last long. Instead we ended up going to Home Depot and were helped by people who speak english they also let us look at a plant book to tell us even or about the plants we wanted. The plants that Houston Garden Center told us would last and come back every spring that we were going to spend $100+ on dont make it though the summers in TX. So we ended up doing all of our shopping at home depot with there great help!!

They never, EVER answer the phones at this place!! Also none of the staff is ever willing to help you in the store. Most of them don't speak English and just walk away and ignore you when you ask a question! I hate this place!
