THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS! My boyfriend and I just got back and the first thing we are doing is finding any place online that has reviews for this "House of PAIN" restaurant and commenting on our horrible experience! We get to the restaurant and the man working is on the phone with a customer who says they’re coming early, the worker says that it won’t be ready for 25 minutes… I guess the customer said he was coming anyway, the man working there slams the phone down and says how stupid the customer is, right in front of us! We got there and the man asks what he can do for us, literally 3 seconds of not being ready with our order he walks away like he doesn’t have time for us. We ask him if he has ranch and says no. We asked for a takeout menu and the man said that “we can wait until he was done making our pizza". We asked for crushed red pepper when we were sitting outside, he told us to go in and get it ourselves, we asked for ranch politely a second time just to make sure and said" you sure you don’t have ranch?" the man was rude said " do you think I would lie to my customers!?You can go down the street and buy ranch there", with a very confrontational tone. Horrible Horrible customer service!!!!!!!NEVER GOING BACK! I will tell everyone I know about this place and tell them to never go there! I wouldn't even give this place a star but it's mandatory we do when writing a review....
