Worst Experience Ever

If I could give a negative 5 stars, I would. This has been the WORST experience ever. It took a week for them to ever come out to the house initially. Then, after coming, we had to wait 10 additional days for them to order a part (a control board of some sort). Not to mention that I told them I did not think that was the issue but rather that the agitator was stripped. The replaced the control board. First load... still broken. Called them back and it took 5 more days before they would come out. They were stumped and could not figure out what the issue was. I showed the technician how the agitator was freely spinning and said, it's not supposed to do that. He was adamant that the agitator was fine. After he called Whirlpool for help he came back to the house to fix... the agitator. 6 weeks later... the same part has broken again. They say they only cover their work for 6 weeks. WHAT THE HECK!?!?! I will NEVER use Houlka again. I even called Whirlpool and told them they should fire them as warranty work folks. They are horrible!!!
