All was well until we got in our car to drive home and noticed the drivers mirror was completely smashed. So I got out and looked the car over to discover that the left fender was also scratched and dented. The employee filled out an incident report and assured me a manager would be in touch. I have made numerous calls and reached out via email. No return calls. Which prompted me to started reading though customer reviews. Low and behold there are numerous situations just like mine, and guess what...... a manager or owner never called the customer back. So if don't mind coming back from your trip to a damaged car or big repair bill, then by all means this is where you should park, but if that doesn't sound like much fun, then I would suggest parking your car anywhere but here!!!! Also, I contacted the police to see what they suggested. Its pretty much on you to turn it in to your insurance or take the company to court.

Booked a Park and Fly with Quality Inn Romulus, who deal with Valet Connections. Valet Connections lost our key and lied about it. We would have been stuck in the middle of the night 4 hours away from home if we did not have a spare key. Another very old couple was in the lobby of the hotel with the exact same problem so it's not a one-off. They had been lied to for over 8 hours waiting for their car, not knowing the key had been lost.

The manager at Valet Connections, Khyla Ross, told us to leave and promised to pay for our replacement key when we got home (over $300). Emails and calls for over a month went unanswered. We had to call the front desk number to speak to someone. One time when she did pick up (we recognized her voice), she pretended to be another person, and said she wasn't around. Otherwise, we would get excuses about how the owner was not in. We never got reimbursed and she never called or e-mailed us as she had promised. She will lie and tell you anything to make you go away, and then when you do, ignore you. Very unprofessional company. I would never book with them, or even book with a hotel that uses them as their provider. It's worth the extra money to directly at the airport or elsewhere.

I also wanted to mention that their drivers are rude and unprofessional. When we had booked a park and fly with Quality Inn last year, Valet Connections left our car unlocked the entire time, and left the lights on, draining our battery so the car wouldn't start. No apology for the drivers, and no offer to find jumpers to help start our car (apparently they had none). We had to borrow some from the hotel. I would never have booked here again had I known that Quality Inn used Valet Connections for park and fly.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR CAR, YOUR MONEY AND YOUR HASSLE. BELIEVE ME AND BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE. IF YOUR HOTEL'S PARK AND FLY USES VALET CONNECTIONS, (REMEMBER TO ASK) AVOID AS WELL.

If anything happens to your car while they have it, you can forget about them making it right. I parked my car at Valet Connections earlier this year and expected my car to come back in the same condition that I left it with. If not, I expect the company to take care of the damage or at least pay for it.

When I went to pick up my car, it was inside and warm. They advertise indoor parking, but I found out that your car is only parked inside the day that you come back. Even though cars are made to be outdoors, they should specify that cars are kept outside until the day they are coming back. Thinking that it would be indoors the whole time was why I really chose to go to Valet Connections. The cheap price was also a plus.

Anyways, as I got in my car to leave, I noticed a huge crack in my windshield. After bringing it to the attendants attention, he has me fill out a form and took a picture of the crack. He said the owner would get back to me when he gets in, in the morning.

Let's just say that the owner never called and the workers who answer the phones, would not let me talk to him. They were also very rude to me and told me to just email [email protected]

About a month and a half ago, I received an email from Khyla who is the Director of Operations. She worked with me for about a week and after I gave her the information that she requested, I never heard back from her.

I wish I would have read the reviews before parking here as I have read a few similar cases as mine.

I definitely do not recommend parking your car here.

DON'T USE!!!!

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!

I wish I could give ZERO or negative stars, they don't deserve even one! Unless you want them to BREAK your car while they have it, take it to a "repair shop" and NOT tell you what happened, only to come home and your car NOT be there, finally get your car back A WEEK LATER, don't even think about using this company!! The manager's exact words: "I have no idea what happened to your car" We will be filling a law suit!

WE HAD TO WAIT 2 HOURS FOR OUR

CAR TO BE DELIVERED !

We left our car at Quality Inn for pickup of Valet Connections. We came home 2 weeks later. After being shuttled back to the hotel to retrieve our car. No car?

The front manager Jason at Quality Inn called 2 times to Valet Connections . Valet Connections assuring Jason the car would arrive in 20 minutes our so. ONE hour later I called. The woman that answered said she had heard nothing of our problem. She would look into it. Now 1 1/2 hours later I called again. The phone rang for at least 20 times. Finally someone picked up. The man that answered identified himself at Hani. The phone had call forwarded to his home. He told me he would find out what happened and call me back in 5 minutes.

No call.

ONE HALF HOUR LATER our car arrived...

If you do decide to use Valet Connections I HIGHLY suggest that you log your cars mileage before leaving your car.

DEFINITELY check the mileage before

picking your car up.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, THEY WILL LOOSE YOUR KEYS AND STAND YOU!

We needed a place to park our car for 6 days over the Thanksgiving vacation. We decided to us Valet Connections because I found a $5 off coupon on line. This was the first time I used them to park my car. I figured even though I would have a longer drive coming from Canton than if I were to us the good old standby places on Merriman road it would be worth the extra miles and time to get the $5 off. We arrived in their garage and checked in; I had used airport parking reservations.com service to prepay so all we needed to do is give them the keys to our car and get on the waiting shuttle bus, no problem there. The shuttle took us to the airport with no issues. Little did I know that when I was to return the problems would start?

We returned from a long flight with layovers from California. We returned to the Airport at 1:15 AM. We picked up or luggage and walked out to pick up the shuttle. All of the old standbys parking company’s shuttles were waiting at the curb but there was no Valet Connections shuttle. We waited for at least 20 minutes, I was getting ready to call them and they finally showed up. Not that big of a deal but hey the other companies were there and left in 5 minutes. The shuttles from these standbys were already coming back by the time Valet Connections shuttle showed up.

The real trouble started when we got to Valet Connections parking garage. I noticed right away that are car was no were to be seen. I put down in their computer system that I would arrive at their facility at 2:30AM. We arrived right on time! I talked to the kid behind the desk and he told me that he was sorry and that our car should have been waiting for us. I said OK… get my car. That is when I found out that they had lost the keys to our car. I was calm and figured that they would find them sooner than later, well it ended up being 1-1/2 hour later! By this time my family was not happy with my decision to use the cheap guys. I told the kid behind the counter that I wanted a full refund for my inconvenience of being stranded at their facility for 1-1/2 hours. He said that I would have to call back on Monday to speak with the manager. I called back on Monday about 9:00AM. Right away I started getting the cold shoulder. I finally got to speak with Kila, the manager on duty. She said that she would take my information and give it to the real manager and he would return my call. I did not hear back from him, I called and left messages for two days. At this point I figured that this is the way that they want to treat customers when they failed miserably.

All I can say is STAY AWAY from VALET CONNECTIONS! Do yourself a favor and use that good old standby’s; Quick Park, US Park, Park and GO or Airlines parking.

WORST SERVICE EVER! I can admit that the staff was very nice when I dropped off my car and did get me to the airport in a timely matter. My return flight landed at 5:20 a.m., the shuttle did not pick myself and others waiting up until 6:25 a.m. When I returned to pick up my car, I was handed the keys with no direction of where my car was located. When I located my car, my car was just as dirty as it was when I left which is EXTREMELY disappointing because I paid for a Full Service car wash 4 days ago when I dropped my car off!!!! The manager has yet to return my call, I have to dispute the charges with my bank to get a refund! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

we used them & ordered full valet on the car inside & out. When we picked up the car we paid for the valet service but it hadn't been done. Immediately told the member of staff but he said he wasn't authorised to do a refund. The car had obviously just been brought in from the carpark as there was quite a lot of snow in the driver foot-well. Have called 5 times & the manager has never called us back, also emailed but the manager has not get back to us. The staff are courteous & the service is good but they have basically just taken our money & the manager (Hami, i think his name is) 3 weeks on still appears to have absolutely no intention of returning our calls or our money. Won't use them again or recommend them.

This place moved from Comfort ...

This place moved from Comfort inn. Their valets didn't know how to drive a stick shift and broke my ignition switch. They rigged it and a week later it broke again. The manager did not respond to my phone call or my letter. I had to take them to small claims court and they did not show up and have not paid what they owe me. I always try to go the cheapest route and this time it bit me in the rear.
