NEVER AGAIN!!! If I could give them "0" stars, I would but in all honesty, we had one thing right so 1 star is fitting. I thought I'd give them a shot because they're in my neighborhood an my daughter needed her nails done for senior pictures. When we got there, there were two technicians (one occupied with a client). We asked for a mani/pedi with white polish (simple enough?). We also asked for waxing. The one person who does waxing was expected at 11:30. We arrived at 10 so I didn't think we'd be there that late.... (I was wrong). I can't even put into words how upset I am. I feel Ike they were stalling so that we would be there for the wax. The pedicure was first and was fine. The young lady didn't do manicured so a gentleman said he would take over. They sat my daughter under the foot light for 15 minutes. ..why? Well, he was working on getting 3 other clients situated. He finally calls my daughter over but can't seem to locate the white gel polish. (More time wasting)...He finally comes from the back with a box that honestly looked like it came from Target and he began polishing my daughters nail. (There was no manicure...did you catch that?) After about 20 minutes I asked why it was taking so long and his answer was that white takes longer. I let him know that we regularly get our nails done and that it's never taken this long. His response then was, "Oh, I do not know what you're doing but I have to follow the steps". At this point it's 11:45 and We have a 1 o'clock appointment somewhere else. The wax person has showed up and began taking clients back. He asks if I'm going to wait for her. SERIOUSLY???? I've never spent two hours getting a mani/pedi.....ever! I regret paying them for the manicure (painting) because it's the worst paint job ever. It's extremely sloppy and with white, you have to be neat or it clearly shows. I'm hoping that her hands aren't seen in her photo. Don't bother with this place. There are so many other options in Stockton or Lathrop that do a great job with actual customer service.
